Estimados todos.
Quién escribe junto con Fernando Fernández y Javier Rodellar, hemos celebrado una entrevista con la gente del Instituto Nacional de Estadística en Uruguay, en busca de datos que actúen como base de este sector del Observatorio LEFIS de Gobierno Electrónico. Tanto a través de los técnicos, como desde el sitio , del cual realicé un estudio exhaustivo, no surgen datos relevantes que puedan apuntar al uso de TICs por parte de la población uruguaya. A comienzos del año 2006, en el próxima estadística a realizarse, el INE incluirá un capítulo dedicado al uso de Internet y TICs. El documento completo estará disponible en Andrés Saravia

Who's writing, with the company of Fernando Fernández and Javier Rodellar, did celebrate a meetn with people of the National Statistics Institute in Uruguay, searching for data associated with ICT as a base for this sector of the LEFIS Electronic Government Observatory. Despite of that, including the information posted at the website , from which I made an extensive study, there's no data that includes the use of ICT by the uruguayan society up to now. We must wait till the next Statsistic test, starting at the begginings of 2006, where it will be included a chapter about the uses of the Internet and ICT.
